Business Analysis – Textile Accessories Manufacturing Software

Business Analysis – Catering MRP Software
Over the course of one year, I carried out a comprehensive business analysis and process mapping for a software solution designed for textile accessories manufacturers.
I identified business needs through stakeholder interviews and workshops, analyzed existing workflows (Excel, accounting software, manual processes), and visualized them using BPMN 2.0, flowcharts, and swimlane diagrams.
By applying gap analysis, use cases, user stories, and MoSCoW prioritization, I defined the functional requirements of the new system. Prototypes were created and validated through wireframing and user testing. As a result, a solution was designed based on real needs, making processes measurable, automation-ready, and providing cost control and reporting capabilities.
In the Catering MRP Software project, I carried out a comprehensive business analysis and testing process over two years. I gathered requirements through stakeholder meetings, analyzed existing workflows using BPMN, swimlane, and value stream mapping, and designed automation-ready processes.
Key features such as managing multiple recipes under one dish, batch invoicing/delivery notes, and event-based planning were implemented. Using MoSCoW prioritization, RTM, wireframe prototypes, and user testing, I validated requirements and optimized workflows.
Accounting integrations were tested, and real-time reporting was achieved through Power BI dashboards. As a result, a robust desktop MRP software was delivered that accelerated operations, improved cost control, enhanced customer satisfaction, and met real business needs.

In the modular construction sector, I developed Power BI reports focused on tracking production capacities and shipment processes. The dashboards measured daily/weekly output of production lines, capacity utilization rates, and labor performance.
Produced modules were monitored through stock status and site deliveries, enabling comparisons between planned and actual shipments. This allowed managers to clearly see production efficiency, monitor shipment performance, and identify bottlenecks.
All reporting was carried out by integrating data from SQL, Power Query, and various ERP databases into Power BI.
Monitoring Production & Delivery Performance in Modular Construction with Power BI

Digital Transformation & Financial Reporting – Sportmen Button
At Sportmen Button, I contributed to the company’s digital transformation by establishing both financial and operational reporting infrastructures.
I designed Power BI dashboards with financial KPIs (such as account analysis, cash flow, and sales–profitability reports) to support faster decision-making for management.
In addition, I conducted a comprehensive business analysis for a .NET-based desktop production software, modeling processes such as work orders, raw material usage, and production performance.
As a result, measurable KPIs were defined across all departments, creating an integrated performance management system for the entire organization.

Financial Reporting & KPI Dashboards
I developed interactive Power BI dashboards by integrating data from SQL-based ERP systems, Excel, Power Query, and advanced analytics with Python & R.
The reports covered P&L statements, sales by country/city/team, customer churn analysis, and financial KPIs such as OPEX ratios, profitability trends, and net earnings.
These solutions provided management with a clear, real-time view of financial performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.

Prototyping & Business Analysis – JRL Group
At JRL Group, I carried out comprehensive business analysis and process mapping to support the company’s digital transformation in modular construction projects. Working closely with the production and management teams, I gathered requirements and documented workflows across procurement, production, and site operations.
Using BPMN diagrams, use cases, and user stories, I identified process gaps and improvement areas. By developing AI-assisted prototypes, I successfully reduced the software development timeline by around 6 months, shortening a project that was initially planned to take 1.5 years.
This approach not only ensured solutions were aligned with real business needs but also significantly improved data consistency and operational efficiency.

Power BI Dashboard – Demir Bijuteri
I developed a comprehensive Power BI dashboard for Demir Bijuteri, integrating data from accounting, sales, purchasing, and product management modules into a single platform. The dashboard included special sales day performance analysis, sales reports by customer representative, and sales distribution by city and country, along with product-based profitability and stock status.
These reports enabled management to quickly and transparently monitor both the performance of the sales team and regional markets.
By combining financial reports with operational data, the company gained reliable, real-time insights to support better decision-making.

Desktop Software Development – MS Access Solutions
Using MS Access, I developed various desktop software solutions such as barcode-enabled production tracking systems, inventory management software, process tracking systems tailored for the electrical contracting sector, product catalog applications, and CRM solutions.
These applications were designed entirely in line with the specific needs of each business. Depending on the client’s infrastructure, some solutions were implemented with MariaDB, while others were built on MS SQL Server.
In addition, the applications integrated external data through APIs and XML structures, ensuring seamless connectivity and more efficient business processes.
